Laptop Loaner Service Application Extension Form

Thank you for your interest in our Laptop Loaner Service, which loans laptops to eligible Ontario residents so they can do their studies online.

Our supply of loaner laptops is limited. We will review your application to confirm if you are eligible. If we can’t ship the equipment immediately, you will be placed on a wait list and notified as soon as it is available.

2. The name of the education institution or school.


3. The name of at least one course you are registered in (or have applied for) and the course code from the institution or school.


4. Proof of application or registration in your online course to be uploaded in any of the following acceptable file formats: jpeg, png, heic, docx, doc and pdf.

It can take between 15 – 30 minutes to complete the form. Please also note that if your application is incomplete, we will reach out to you from te*************@**********th.ca or 1-877-999-9149 to get the missing information. If we don’t have that information within five business days, your application will be cancelled.
