Requirements

  • A college or university credential in a relevant field
  • 3-5 years of experience and developed skills in an administrative, sales/recruitment and customer service focused setting
  • Proven experience and ability to engage with students and clients on an ongoing basis
  • Proven strong technology skills and a high level of proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of applications and Client Relationship Management (CRM) software
  • Strict adherence to processes and attention to detail
  • Intermediate to advanced bilingual proficiency in English and French (verbal and written) is required
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Your challenging and rewarding responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for students/potential students accessingContact North l Contact Nord’s host of free services via phone, email, live chat and Zoom
  • Enter clients in the Client Relationship Management (CRM) program
  • Transfer the client to the supporting local Education & Training Advisor
  • Develop and implement effective virtual recruitment strategies to generate student registrations every week
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their education journey
  • Engage with the community, businesses, and agencies virtually to generate student registrations every week
  • Ensure recorded registrations are accurate and meet all the requirements
  • Manage the application and approval process, including capturing any registrations, for the Student Technology Service program
  • Report on the total number of requests for services handled for Education and Training Advisor (Toronto region), Lead Generation – Student Information Hotline and Student Technology Service
  • Participate and contribute to daily meetings including submitting a daily report to your supervisor.
